Cornerstone Christian Academy

Cornerstone Christian Academy, in partnership with families, exists to equip students to achieve their God-given potential through outstanding academic programs and activities, within a Christ-centered environment.

Playground Padding

We are required to have some kind of padding under the playground equipment. At present we have wood shavings. The shavings are posing a danger to the younger children. We are seeing splinters in feet, hands, legs and arms. In order to make the playground a safer place CCA will be replacing the wood chips with the rubber mulch. We are asking the students to bring in change to off set the cost of the mulch.

Each class will weigh their change bucket twice a week. each Friday the three classes with the most weight will receive popcicles. On Friday, Serptember 26th there will be a celebration. The top three weighing classes will watch their teacher kiss a pig! (and yes, it will be a real pig) This will be followed by an ice cream party for their snack.
