A new addition has been added to our playground at Cornerstone. It was necessary to surround all equipment with woodchips. In past years we have seen a lot of children with splinters in their toes and feet due to wearing open toes shoes. To prevent injuries, all students playing in the areas covered with woodchips will be required to wear shoes that cover the toes. Tennis shoes, Sketchers, Crocs, sandals covering the toe etc. will be permitted. Students that are old enough to change and tie their own shoes may choose to bring PE shoes.
